Trulli Talily. Self Catering Holiday Property in Puglia, Italy

The holiday accommodation is usually let from Saturday to Saturday. Please contact us if alternative arrangements are required.

Arrivals are usually between 1700 and 2000. Please advise us at the time of booking if it likely to be outside these hours.

Reservations must be in writing (letter, fax or e-mail) and accompanied by a non-refundable advance payment, preferably by bank transfer or card.

Bookings remain provisional and are only secure until receipt of payment.

Alternative methods of payment are cash or cheque. Please make cheques payable to 'Mr & Mrs Ledger’.

Bank charges may apply where more than one payment per booking is made.

A reservation, provisional or not, constitutes a contract which renders the person booking liable for payment.

In the event of a cancellation, which must be in writing, payments are non-refundable. However, we will refund 50% of total cost if we are able to re-let the property for all of the same dates.

The customer is liable for any damage to the property or it's contents during their letting period. A refundable security deposit of 250 Euros is payable at the time of booking and returned to you after your stay, less any damage or loss to contents or fittings. This also applies to any smoke damage. There is strictly no smoking inside the property.

No more than the number of persons stated at the time of booking may stay at the property.

Please leave the property in an orderly condition so we have ample time to clean in preparation for our next guests.
